“Las Alturas” is a luxurious, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa, located in Salobreña, Costa Tropical at the top of a very well maintained, hillside community. As it is the very last property on the access road and is located in a cul-de-sac, so there is no passing traffic meaning you are guaranteed a peaceful and relaxing holiday.
The villa offers wonderful views to the sea, the mountains, which are snow covered part of the year, and the old town of Salobreña with its Moorish Castle, which is illuminated at night. This means the villa has beautiful views both by day and by night.
At only one hours drive from Malaga airport, Salobreña remains a village steeped in the traditions and ways of Spanish life. Granada airport is just 45 minutes away and Almeria approximately 70 minutes.

On entering the villa via a few steps, a small entrance area gives access to a stunning kitchen consisting of “soft-close” drawers and cupboards, and all the fixtures and fittings that you would expect, including granite worktops, a self-cleaning electric oven, electric induction hob, plate warmer, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. There is also a special tap dispensing filtered drinking water for added convenience. Views from the kitchen window are across the sea with sliding patio doors offering access to the garden, pool and terrace are below. A modern gas BBQ is also provided.

The lounge/diner is open plan and has an amazing full-sized window offering fantastic views to the Mediterranean. There is seating for 6 people along with English TV, DVD player, board games and internet. The dining room will accommodate 6 and is modern and extends from the lounge. Doors to the three bedrooms and separate bathroom are accessible from the dining room. There is access onto the covered terrace from the lounge. This is the ideal place to enjoy al fresco meals and to take in the great views. From the covered terrace, there are a few steps down to the main terrace and the heated pool is in the side garden.

The villa has 3 bedrooms consisting of 2 kingsized beds and 2 twin beds. The double-aspect master bedroom faces in the same direction as the lounge/diner, and so has similar spectacular views over Salobreña and the Mediterranean, but also includes views of the Sierra Nevada mountains. It overlooks the breakfast terrace and has its own en-suite shower room. The other two bedrooms share the family bathroom, and have views overlooking the Mediterranean garden to the Sierra Nevada mountains.

All bedrooms, as well as the lounge, benefit from an air-conditioning units.

There is secure parking for two cars. The secluded garden, private pool area and terraces are totally protected from the prevailing southwesterly winds. This means you can enjoy outdoor living all year round.

Sun chairs are provided along with tables for alfresco eating in the sun or shade.

A grassed area surrounds the kidney shaped pool, which is totally secluded and surrounded by tropical plants and trees. It is an ideal spot to chill out and relax whilst enjoying the sunshine.

Prices include all costs apart from pool heating which is available at an extra cost.
