FavoritaVilla Favorita is a very nice, 3 bedroom villa offering fantastic panoramic views to the Mediterranean, the beach of Salobreña and the moorish castle from the XII century and is located in Salobreña’s exclusive “Monte de los Almendros”. A spectacular 70m2 private swimming pool with infinity pool effect adds to the villa’s unique features. The pool’s modern electrolysis system provides chlorine-free swimming experience. The villa’s central space is the living room of about 40m2, with large panoramic windows overlooking the castle and the sea. The three bedrooms have independent access, providing full privacy, as well as en-suite bathrooms. The living room and three bedrooms are all equipped with cold and hot air conditioning as well as Ethernet and Wifi internet connection. The villa is equipped with two satellite dishes, one for UK channels, and the other for CNN and European channels.

The master bedroom with panoramic sea and castle views is located on the ground floor, it has a double bed, TV and an en-suite bathroom equipped with a comfortable shower cabin, a 2 person jacuzzi, separated area for WC and bidet.

The second bedroom overlooking the garden has two beds, each convertible to double beds, it has an en-suite bathroom with shower cabin, WC and bidet.

The third bedroom is on the first floor, it opens to a 100 m2 terrace, with pergola and a nice polyrattan sitting group with a hanging chair. From the terrace the views are truly breathtaking.

The open-plan kitchen is fully furnished and equipped. The fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, food processor, coffee machines (Nespresso and Dolce Gusto), etc. are all of prime brands.

On the entry level there is also a guest bathroom and utility room for storing suitcases, ironing equipment etc.

In the center of the tropical garden there is a beautiful old jacaranda tree providing shadow to a nice 40 m2 terrace with a garden table and chairs for 8 persons.

The terrace is a perfect place to enjoy a fantastic dinner in company of family and friends, or for tasting a nice cool glass of white wine in the evening.

A gas-fired 6+1burner barbecue adds to the terrace’s features.

The basement has a utility room and a bathroom, which also serves as washing room, equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

In the basement area there is a garage for one car. A second car can be parked in front of the building. The community’s car parking area is at walking distance from the house.

The community has tennis court and two swimming pools, for children and adults.
