El Último Gavilán“El Ultimo Gavilán” is a luxury holiday home. It faces due south and has a panoramic and uninterrupted view of the sea. It is situated on high ground at the edge of the residential district of Monte de Los Almendros, so that open countryside is only a few minutes away. This also means that there is hardly any traffic as the road is a cul-de-sac. The villa is approached by a short flight of steps leading up from the entrance patio. There is parking for 2/3 cars, which is secured with electrically operated gates and intercom. The living accommodation consists of 2 lounges, one on the lower level of the villa which seats up to 6 people and a second on the first floor. Dining area adjacent to the lounge, 5 double/twin bedrooms, 5 bathrooms (4 en-suites) and an alfresco dining area on the covered terrace overlooking the pool (which measures 5 x 8 metres and has a maximum depth of 1.74 metres), sun terrace and garden. From the lounge, patio doors lead to a covered terrace, with seating area, dining area and bar. The views from here are amazing. We find that most of our guests prefer to eat at the table here rather than in the dining room.

The master bedroom (located on the second floor) has a four-poster king-size double bed, with a luxury en-suite. A large rooftop terrace with magnificent views, can be accessed either from the bedroom patio doors or from the beautiful spiral staircase.

On the first floor, the second bedroom with twin beds is found, which has a full en-suite, as well as the third bedroom with a double bed and en-suite shower room.

On the ground floor, a twin bedroom with separate bathroom is located, along with another double bedroom with en-suite. An additional single bed is also available in this room.

Outside, the front garden is laid to lawn with flower borders and fruit trees.The terrace beside the pool (dimensions of which are 5 metres x 8 metres with a maximum depth of 1.74 metres) is spacious and ideal for sunbathing on the loungers provided. Two further terraces are accessible from the bar area and offer full day sunshine.

The house comes with bed linen, indoor towels, sun loungers and umbrellas. Swimming and beach towels are also provided. The fully equipped fitted kitchen has dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, and microwave. The house also has air conditioning in all of the rooms, two TV (one with satellite, one with X-box),telephone, internet wireless access, terraces front and rear, heated  pool and garden, Hi-Fi and barbecue, fully equipped bar, utility room with automatic washing-machine.
