The villa “El Oasis” faces south and has stunning views across the Mediterranean sea and the village of Salobreña. The property is situated on the prestigious estate of “Monte de los Almendros” and has uninterrupted views across the coastline of the “Costa Tropical”. It is centrally located for Malaga, Almeria and Granada airports, all within an hour’s journey. The villa was built seven years ago to a very high standard and is our home for most of the year. It is composed of 4 double bedrooms, all with en suite facilities, three of these having separate dressing rooms, the fourth having built in wardrobes. There is air conditioning in all bedrooms and the lounge. An electric gate gives access to a large parking area, which will accommodate up to 6 vehicles. This forecourt is surrounded by tropical plants and shrubs along with fruit trees.
Once through the overlarge oak, front door, a mezzanine landing provides stunning views down to the open plan lounge below whilst a balcony walkway gives access to the four double bedrooms. Large windows overlooking the west side of the property allow light to flood through to the library and study area, which can also be found on this level.
The four double bedrooms are equally proportioned with two having glass fronted balconies. This allows fabulous views of the sunrise from the bed in the mornings and also offers a relaxing area to sunbathe. The Master bedroom has 2 washbasins, bidet and walk-in shower and has TV. Three of the bedrooms have king sized beds.
Down the curving staircase, the lounge below seats 10 people with beige leather sofas. It is an open plan room measuring 10×6 metres. There is satellite TV, DVD player and WIFI. Doors from this room give access to the formal dining room seating 8 people and the kitchen. The modern kitchen is 6 metres long and is very well equipped. It has marble worktops, stainless steel fridge and full size freezer. Microwave, integrated coffee machine, 2 electric fan ovens, dishwasher, gaz 5 ring hob, extractor fan and large double sized sink, toaster, electric kettle are all supplied. A door off the kitchen leads to the formal dining room and out to the covered terrace as well as a further door to the smaller kitchen terrace with its amazing view and fountain. This enclosed sun trap has seating for 8 and a gas BBQ.
The main, covered terrace through the double patio doors from the lounge has a full equipped bar with large fridge, wall mounted wine bottle opener, ample cupboard space and a built in wine rack. Bar stools are provided. The glass topped alfresco dining table seats 8 people and for those relaxing evenings, there is a set of chairs and sofa. Stairs descend from this terrace down to the large irregular shaped pool, which has an enchanting ramped access which flows into the deeper waters edge.
The garden is completely private and is full of beautiful palm trees of all types. A wooden bench is set in the garden area for taking in the views.
The lower level of the villa, also accessed off the lounge, holds “La Cueva” (the cave), an amazing area, part of which is exposed rock. The full sized snooker table is set next to the second bar which has a full sized fridge and separate freezer. A door from here leads through to the gym (running machine, exercise bike, step machine and weight complex) and also the Jacuzzi (seating 4 people max). A walk in shower and toilet in this zone are ideal to freshen up after the work-out!

Weekly clean and change of linen included for 2 week booking or more. Pool towels provided.
Security deposit of 500 euros returnable within 10 days of departure if no breakages.
